The Seraph Squadron are an assortment of young girls (and boys? somewhere? who knows) who are Earth's only defense against an ongoing invasion by aliens known as Cancer. Tsukasa Tojo, age 16-17-ish, is part of the 31st generation of Seraph users and is assigned to the assault squad 31-A. Tsukasa in particular is an intelligence officer, which is perhaps surprising since she's pretty obviously lacking in intelligence, both the "information gathering" kind and the "brainpower" kind. But honestly, that just makes her fit in among Seraph users. There are maybe four brain cells among them. She is, however, a fountain of useless trivia, and in particular knows a lot about skin care and cosmetics.
Like most characters in HBR, her goofy quirks tie in with a tragic backstory.
